Soul CARE Enterprises, Inc. ("we") runs the College Success & Wellness Hub and is the controller of the personal information described here. We decide how and why it is used.

What we collect and why

• Account details (name, email, login) — to create and secure your account. Basis: our contract with you.
• Hub content (classes, deadlines, notes, journal entries, photos, files, school and program) — to provide the Service. Basis: contract.
• AI conversations — to generate responses. Most are stored only on your device.
• Support messages — to help you. Basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• Technical data (IP address, device and usage information) — for security, fraud prevention, and improving the Service. Basis: legitimate interests.
• Marketing emails — only if you agree. Basis: consent, which you can withdraw anytime.

Payment details are collected by Stripe, our payment processor, not by us.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who host and run the app and its AI features, under contract;
• Stripe, our payment processor, for subscriptions, payments, tax, fraud prevention, and invoicing;
• Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants;
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We never sell your information or share your Hub content with schools, family, or anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account (in Settings) or it ends, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable time, except where the law requires us to keep records.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export, or delete your information at any time in Settings, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example under U.S. state laws or GDPR), you may also have the right to restrict or object to processing, move your data, withdraw consent, and complain to a data protection authority. We respond within one month. If your information is transferred outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Security

We use encryption, private storage, and access controls so only you can see your Hub. Shared links to your files expire automatically.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies and device storage needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We don't use advertising cookies. You can clear them in your browser, but you may be signed out.
