Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Soul CARE Enterprises, Inc. ("we", "us"), the provider of the College Success & Wellness Hub (the "Service"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

The Service is a private, subscription-based online hub that helps students organize classes, deadlines, career and graduate-school planning, money, and whole-person wellness, including the Soul CARE AI Actuation Partner. You must be of legal age to enter a contract, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for activity on your account, and for giving us accurate information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including:

• using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful;
• sending spam or impersonating others;
• infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• uploading malware, probing or breaking our security, or scraping the Service;
• reverse engineering, reselling, or getting around usage limits;
• using the AI to create illegal, hateful, deceptive (such as deepfakes) or harmful content, or trying to bypass its safeguards;
• using the AI to commit academic dishonesty.

AI features

AI responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for what you type in, for checking any output before relying on it, and for how you use it. The AI does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice, and it never sends messages, submits applications, or contacts anyone for you. You keep the rights to what you put in and to the results you create, as allowed by law. We may remove content, limit or filter AI responses, or suspend accounts to keep the Service safe. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate. Repeat infringement may lead to account termination.

Wellness and faith content

Wellness and Soul CARE content is general educational and spiritual encouragement, not a diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency call 911, or call or text 988 in the U.S.

Ownership

We own the Service, including its software, design, written content, and the Soul CARE branding. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it while your membership is active. We may host and process the content you add only to provide the Service to you.

Payments and subscriptions

Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of Soul CARE Enterprises, Inc. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout, and receipts are emailed to you. Your card statement may show "LINK.COM*" with our name. You can update your card, view invoices, or cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. First-time members get one 7-day free trial; memberships renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.

Service availability

We work to keep the Service running well, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost data, profits, or opportunities), and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law doesn't allow it. You agree to cover claims caused by your content, unlawful use, or breaking these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a serious breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. When your account ends, you can export your data from Settings first; we then delete it as described in our Privacy Notice.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Soul CARE Enterprises, Inc. is organized. We aren't responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a merger or sale. We may update these terms and will post changes here.
